Through the Eyes of a Friend is a dynamic interactive multi-media performance that brings the horrors of World War II to life. It’s the story of Sarah Weiss who befriends a young Anne Frank. Sarah miraculously survives the war and emigrates to America where she vows to honor her young friend by surviving, by remembering and by sharing her memories of the war. The performance combines a live solo performance with historical film footage, archival photographs and audio that gives the audience a chance to experience how the world looked, sounded and felt during this significant time in history.
